What we can promise up front is the structure. The visit costs a quoted diagnostic fee. During that visit we diagnose the real fault, then hand you a written estimate for the repair. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. If you decide not to proceed, you have paid only for the diagnosis and you keep the written findings.

What the Estimate Covers

• Labor. The technician time to complete and test the repair, quoted as a firm figure, not an open hourly meter.
