What We Treat as Urgent
Not every fault is an emergency, and we will tell you honestly when a repair can wait a day without risk. The situations we push to the front of the schedule are the ones where waiting costs you money or safety:
- A refrigerator or freezer that has stopped cooling with food inside.
- An active water leak pooling under a fridge, dishwasher or ice maker.
- A wine column drifting warm with a valuable collection at stake.
- A range or cooktop with a burner that will not shut off cleanly.
Gas Smell or Sparking? Stop Here First
If you smell gas at a range or cooktop, do not switch anything on or off. Leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Once the utility has made the area safe, we can handle the appliance repair. We do not use email for urgent requests; book online or call.
While You Wait for Us
A few simple steps protect your food and help the technician arrive ready:
- Keep refrigerator and freezer doors shut to hold the cold air you have.
- Move the most perishable items into a cooler with ice packs.
- Write down any error code showing on the display; it often points straight to the failed part.
- Clear a path to the appliance so we can pull a built-in unit if the repair needs rear access.
